Samuel Williams is an Emerging Markets Portfolio Manager at Rocky Mountains, which he joined in 2021.Mr. Williams graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an MSc in International Finance. Previously, he managed the Emerging Markets Fund at Franklin Templeton.

At Rocky Mountains, Mr. Williams is responsible for investing in high-growth companies in the emerging markets of China, India, Brazil and Southeast Asia.
